FISH CORTBOUILLON (new orleans)

Fish Cortbouillon

Bahan :

  • 160 gram salmon
  • 1 sdm salad oil
  • 25 gram union chopped
  • 1 pcs tomat chopped
  • 1/4 sdmĀ  tomat paste
  • 35 ml red wine
  • Garam dan merica secukupnya

Cara membuat :

  1. Rendam salmon dengan red wine, lalu goreng hingga matang.
  2. Goreng onion sampai layu, kemudian masukkan tomato paste, aduk rata.
  3. Masukkan red wine, kemudian ikan, angkat lalu hidangkan.
